In general, we’re aware of meditating with eyes closed. Whether sitting or lying down.
Certainly a beneficial practice. But many people find it difficult.
They make excuses about not having time, or feeling too restless to ever sit quietly.
Here’s a meditation technique, which you can do with your eyes open.
I call it the Sacred Space meditation.
All you have to do is, focus on the space in and around you.
Usually, in this material world, we tend to focus on that which is visible — people, things, nature, buildings etc.
So what you do instead, is focus on the empty space, that surrounds that which is visible.
In essence, you learn to see what cannot be seen.
-You will almost immediately start feeling more relaxed.
-You will feel happy for no reason.
-As you continue the practice, you will also feel an improvement in your health, and well-being.
The great thing about this meditation is that you can do it anytime, at any place.
So there is simply no excuse to not meditate.
We all know, adding meditation to your routine can have great benefits.
So here’s your chance to be at your best doing the Sacred Space meditation.
